Nashville Scene: Some Like it Hot - Party Fowl Releases Bloody Mary Mix
Restaurant partners with Walker Feed Co. to create spicy new 'Nashville Hot' product
"If you’re looking for a way to spice up your Independence Day celebrations, you may just be in luck thanks to a new partnership between local drink mixer manufacturer Walker Feed Co. and Gulch-area hot chicken restaurant Party Fowl. They have teamed up to create what they claim is the first Nashville Hot Bloody Mary mix.
Party Fowl owner Austin Smith has been thinking about this for a while now. “I’ve dreamed about producing a Nashville Hot Bloody Mary mix for a long time. It was a no-brainer when the opportunity to work with Kristin Walker and her product came about. We are huge fans of the Walker brand to begin with, and are so grateful they’re allowing us to become a part of their family.
The new mix is available in 750 milliliter bottles to purchase for $9.99 at the restaurant at Eighth and Division, with plans to expand retail distribution through Athens Distributing Co. in the near future. The mix can also be purchased through the Walker Feed Co. online shop if you’re not planning to head downtown any time soon."
